We are very proud of our Fun Clubs which offer a variety of extra curricular activities, both after school and at lunchtimes, for children from Year 1 through to Year 6. The clubs are reviewed and changed every half term so that everybody gets the chance to try different activities. We also use some qualified sports coaches and take advantage of any 6-week 'taster sessions' that are usually available through various sporting schemes which has meant we have been able to offer: girls' football, cycling, tennis, golf and cricket. Other sporting activities that we have been able to offer over the last two years include football, netball, rounders, basketball, karate and tag rugby. On the non-sporting side we have offered the following: Art & Craft, Clay Modelling, Chess, Drama, Dance, Lego Club, Book Club, Film Club and Computer Club.
We also have built up a successful KS2 Choir which runs on Mondays after school and Thursday lunchtimes. We now have approximately 30 members and had a wonderful experience last term when they performed at the Symphony Hall.
