Homework

Homework is set depending on the year group. ‘Growth through Learning’ activities are part of homework, but children and families can choose if and when to complete them. Reading, Numbots/TTRockstars, Reading Plus, projects or CGP books are set with the expectation that children will complete them and teachers will be tracking progress and/or participation in these elements. We understand that home learning through lockdown has been tough for families and children and understand that pressure of family life can make homework tricky. We are here to support you, please speak to you child’s class teacher if you need further guidance, clarification or support with particular pieces set and we will try our best to support you and your child.

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is committed to keeping our students safe, both in school and the wider community. The agreement is compliant with Crime & Disorder Act 1998 (s.115) and Data Protection Act 1998(s.29.3; s.35.2.), and focuses on preventing young people from becoming involved or further involved in crime and anti-social behaviour as a victim or offender.
